Lake Trip 2010

Roosevelt Lake

Every year my family has a week long trip to Roosevelt Lake. My parents spare no expense to make in memorable, fun, and relaxing. They do all the food for many of us (our numbers are growing too fast to count), plus with extended family and friends it is nothing short of a big task to take on. I feel blessed to have this time with family and am grateful to my parents who make it possible.

The Campsite (11 RV's and 4 Tents)

Our "home" away from home

Jett's favorite part of the week was that his Dad was there the whole time and they did projects together.

Funny thing the two older kids were never around for pictures. I have absolutely none of them.

Jett is in pure Heaven. Grandpa John looks great, I imagine its what jeff will look like in 30 years :)
The campsite looks like a Gibbons delight. You parents are truly remarkable for not only raising an amazing family, but still wanting all of you to come back and spend a week together!

I love this trip! If you say that the Labor Day one is your favorite then let's just say - "I'm excited!" Love the new look of your blog.
