Excercise

So my question is how much do you REALLY exercise? I have a almost 4 month old baby now and I have been walking/running (building my stamina back up) since I got my release at six weeks. I am getting better I can run for 30 minutes at a time. I try to walk/run for at least 45 minutes 5 days a week. Sometimes on the treadmill and sometimes outside. Over the last couple of weeks I have also added some strength training for 30 minutes a day. Now like most people I am not perfect at my routine, but I would say at least 90% of the time. I have not lost a pound. So I want to know how much you all do!!!

Tanner said getting the body you want is aprox. 80% what you eat and only 20% workout. I thought that was interesting coming from a workout King!

Losing baby weight is such a pain. After Asher I actually did pretty well, but I had to really watch what I ate and I worked out 6 days a week. You just have to think of it as temporary -- maybe you can't eat that second helping NOW, but once you lose that weight, you can. At least that's how I got myself through it. Wish me luck this time, I hope I can do it again!

I'm awful. The only regular exercise I get is going to volleyball on Wednesday mornings, and I've only been able to do that for the last 2 weeks. But I NEED to lose some weight! I have family pics in a month or so, and I need to get on the ball. Let me know what time do you usually go walking & I'll go with you!

On average I probably exercise as much as you are doing (actually less because I don't do the strength training) But - I do believe it's not just how much you exercise it's also about how many calories you intake. Because even when I've exercised but I know I've over-indulged - I can tell a difference in the way my pants fit and such.
